Here are the beginnings of my first real scrap quilt. Not that I haven't had scraps to work with, I just had no direction where to go with them. Some of these scraps have been in a bin in my closet for nearly 10 years! I am excited about how it is turning out so far. I decided to just go with blues for this one. I must have gone through a "blue phase" at some point in time because I seem to have an inordinant amout of blue scraps. LOL Maybe this will even things out a bit.

Wow, that quilt is going to be amazing! I have made quilts, but only very simple ones. You make me want to try something more challenging!

Love this. The design and oh, yes, all that blue scrappy goodness. This is going to be a jaw dropping beauty of a quilt.
Wow! I haven't seen any quilts like this before, but it looks cool. I just finished a blue and cream quilt for my friend.
