I'm just stopping in to share a quick post. I wanted to let you know that yesterday my
Gingersnap pattern was reviewed on
Pattern Revolution. I so very much love what both gals did with the pattern. It is really humbling to see others enjoying my little creation, it actually gives me butterflies. It's the little pattern that almost wasn't. :) When I designed it, I was just looking for something that I could sew several of in a short amount of time for a craft show that I was planning to do. Once it was done, however, I realized that it wouldn't take a whole lot more work to just release it as a pattern, so I took the plunge. I already had all 5 sizes drafted and had calculated the yardage for each, so what was writing up some instructions and doing some charts and illustrations at that point? I'm so glad that I went ahead with it. It has been received with much love and that really means a lot to me.
