I found you through Brambleberry Grace. What a pretty quilt! As soon as I saw it, I see concentric rectangles going inward, maybe at least three or four in each block.
I would meander - I love the allover look of meandering and especially on this type of quilt. SID is my least favorite but I know it's popular with many.

It's gorgeous! I love those color blocks! I think I would do some meandering because the rest of the quilt is so straight-lined...
