Quick Question....

as I only have about a minute or so before I need to head out the door for work. I have been working on the little rail fence baby quilt for our friends in Colorado. It is almost completely quilted, I ran out of thread last night, so I had to stop, otherwise it woud be done. I want to cut continuous binding for it, but I don't know how big of a square to cut for it. The blanket currently measures 37 inches square and made of flannel. I am also not sure how wide of binding would work best for it since the flannel is a little thicker I was thinking 2.5 inches? Hopefully someone will see this and point me in the direction of a caclulator, or give me some sort of formula to use to figure it out.

I'll post pictures later, I am really pleased with it so far.
Gotta Go!

I don't know how to make continuous binding, but I do know that cutting your strips at 2.5" is a great idea...that is what I usually use, and it works great every time.

on a completely different note...Kev bought Donkey Konga 2 yesterday and we have been having a blast with that. Little A claps along with us...so stinking cute, I can't even tell ya. Makes me miss you guys a lot though!
